Every LX Series up to 97% AFUE gas furnace is backed with a lifetime limited warranty on the heat exchanger and a 10-year limited warranty on all other parts*. Our Performance Promise™ Plan offers up to 10 years of total parts and labor coverage.

*Must be installed after May 1, 2009, and registered online within 90 days of installation—otherwise the parts warranty reverts to a 5-year limited parts warranty.

EnerGuide

The LX Series TM9M, TM9X, TM9T, TM9V is up to 97% AFUE rated.The LX Series TM8X, TM8T, TM8V is 80% AFUE rated.

ENERGY STAR

Earning the ENERGY STAR means products meet strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy.
